Avocado Florentine from NYC Quintessence.

Sprouted kamut bread topped with fresh spinach, avocado, tomato, mock hollandaise sauce, and caramelized onions, dusted with black pepper.

Ingredients: Avocado, Tomato, Sprouted Kamut Bread, Hollandaise Sauce, Caramelized Onions, and Black Pepper Sprouted Kamut Bread: Sprouted Kamut, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Birch Xylitol Hollandaise Sauce: Water, Coconut Meat, Pine Nuts, Lemon Juice, Indian Black Salt, Saffron, Cayenne, and Irish Moss Caramelized Onions: Onions, Dates, and Gluten-Free Tamari

Morning energy boost!

- 1 tbps of coco moji energy elixir

- 1 banana

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

- 1 pear (optional)

Mix it well in the Vitamix. Drink it before you start your day.

Super tasty and easy to make dessert!

- 1/2 cup of cashews

- 1 cup of frozen raspberries

- 3 tsp of coconut butter

- 1 lemon (juice it)

- 1/2 cup of agave nectar

Soak cashews for at least 30 min. Drain the water. Mix all together in the Vitamix. Garnish with fresh raspberries and gluten free granola.
