Nice and creamy soup, perfect for a cold day... - 3 sweet potatoes - small piece of ginger - 1/2 cup of coconut milk - salt/ pepper - fresh dill Cook peeled and chopped potatoes with ginger and salt in small amount of water. Once soft, blend it using a hand blender. Add coconut milk and black pepper and mix it till nice and creamy. Garnish with fresh basil.
Simple vegan version of crab cakes or a burger. - 1 cup of cooked quiona - 2 celery sticks - small ginger (fine chopped) - 1/2 cup of almonds - 3 tsp of tahini - fresh dill - olive oil - salt/pepper Mixed quinoa with grounded almonds, fine chopped celery, ginger, olive oil, tahini, salt and pepper. Add fresh dill. Form medium size balls. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Bake it for about 30 min, till golden. Flip it, if you like it crunchy. You can also use a frying pan instead. Serve with fresh green salad and dipping sauce or as a burger.
Refreshing drink with a kick!
- half a cup of black tea
- 2 tsp of chai blend (cardamon powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, black pepper)
- half a cup of almond milk
Blend tea with the spices in the Vitamix, pour it over the ice. Mix almond milk on the high speed till becomes foamy, pour it over the tea. Garnish with powdered cinnamon.
