Super easy to make Raw Thai Dish.

- 1 carrot

- 1 green zucchini

- 1 yellow zucchini

- small bunch of broccolini

- raw coconut milk

- small piece of fresh ginger

- 1 lime (juice it)

- 1 tsp turmeric

- half tsp of red chili powder

- 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt

Use spiralizer to slice carrot and zucchini. Cut broccolini is small pieces. Place cut veggies in the bowl. Mix coconut milk with ginger, turmeric, lime juice, chili powder and salt in the Vitamix. Pour the curry sauce over veggies. Garnish with fresh alfalfa sprouts and cherry tomatoes. Add extra lime juice if needed.

- 1 cut frozen mango

- 1 banana

- half a cup of chilled matcha green tea

- half a cup of hemp milk

- bunch of fresh organic spinach

Mix all together in the Vitamix. Enjoy it!
