Super rich chocolate raw truffles made in 10 min!

- 1 and half cup of walnuts

- half a cup of raw cacao powder

- half a cup of maple syrup

- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract (optional)

Mix all together in the food processor unlit smooth and creamy. Form a balls and decorate with crushed raw walnuts. Done.


Only 3 ingredients. No sugar added. Made in 10 minutes! Imagine.

Crust:

- 1 cup of walnuts

- 6 organic medjool dates

Mix it in the food processor until dough like paste. Form a crust by hands or use the baking form. Leave a space in the middle for the cherry filling.

Cherry filling:

- 2 cups of organic cherries

- 3 organic medjool dates

Remove cherry pits and cut in half. Keep few cherries for decoration. Mix the rest with 3 dates. Pour the filling over the crust. Keep it in the fridge or eat it immediately!

Salad:

- handful of baby kale

- avocado

- half organic green zucchini

- tomato

- few leaves of fresh basil

- handful of clover sprouts

- handful of sunflower sprouts

Chop the way you like it :)

Cashew dressing:

- 1/3 cup of cashews

- 1 lime (juice it)

- pinch of Celtic sea salt

- half a cup of water

Mix all together in the Vitamix, add more water if needed.
