Peach & Strawberry Delight

Two layers of sweet and juicy dessert.

Strawberry layer:

- 10 strawberries

- half a cup of cashews

- 1/3 cup of maple syrup

- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Mix cashews till powdered, add strawberries, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Place is a nice clear glass.

Peach layer:

- 2 peaches

- half a cup of cashews

- 1/3 cup of maple syrup

- 1tsp of vanilla extract

- half an orange (juice it)

Mix cashews till powdered, add peaches, maple and vanilla. Pour over the strawberry layer.

Decorate with fresh raspberries and raw chocolate.
