Well, I am still working on it....But for now:

- 1/5 cup of cashews

- 1 lemon

- 2 dates

- 1 cup of water

Mix cashews, lemon juice and dates in the vitamix for about 10 min. Once the consistency is nice and smooth put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Enjoy with your favorite fruits and nuts!

Very easy to make and it's deliciuos!!!

- 1 cup of almonds

- 3 cups of water

- 3 dates

Soak 1 cup of almonds over night, drain the water. Add 3 cups of 'fresh' water, dates- mix all togeter in the Vitamix. Use the cloth to strain the milk. Done!

- organic freash berries

- kiwi

- coconut yogurt

- raw chocolate granola

- sunflower seeds

- fresh mint
