Raw Zucchini Wraps

Raw, vegan and delicious wraps!

Wrap:

- 1 zucchini

Slice into thin pieces.

Filling:

- 1/3 cup of raw almonds or almond pulp from your almond milk

- 1 lime (juice it)

- small piece of fresh ginger

- 2 tbsp of olive oil

- 2 tbsp of Celtic sea salt

- 3 tbsp of dulse

If you are using raw almonds grind then first. If you are using almond milk pulp, just mix all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Add some water if you like. You can also use your 'tuna' salad as a filling :)

Cashew dip:

- 1/3 cup of cashews

- 1 lime (juice it)

- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

- 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt

- 1/3 cup of water

Soak cashews over night or for at least 30 min, drain the water. Place all ingredients in the food processor and mix it until creamy.

Plus:

- avocado

- tomato

- fresh basil

Place your zucchini on the flat surface, spread the almond paste or 'tuna' salad, add sliced avocado, tomato and fresh basil, roll it up. Serve with side cashew dip and organic mache lettuce.
