Made in 5 minutes!

- 10 frozen strawberries

- 3 tbsp of raw cacao

- half a cup of maple syrup

- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Mix it well in the Vitamix or blender, decorate with chocolate covered almonds or anything you like.

Easy and fast to make.

Tri-colored potatoes:

- olive oil

- salt

- Italian Herbs

Boiled potatoes in hot water and salt, once soft drain the water add olive oil and Itanian Herbs, let it sit for another 2-3 minutes and turn the heat off.

Mushroom and spinach mix:

- half a cup of sprouted mung beans

- 10 mushrooms

- small bunch of spinach

- 3 tbsp of coconut oil

- fresh ginger (chopped)

- 3 tbsp of tahini

- 3 tps of cumin seeds

- 2 tps of turmeric

- salt/ black pepper

Heat the oil, add cumin and ginger, once darken add mushrooms and mung beans, salt, turmeric and some water. When soft add tahini, mix it well and turn the heat off. Add spinach and cover the pan for another 1 minute.

Arugula salad with tahini/ lemon dressing:

-arugula

- half of orange

- pumpkin seeds

- dulce flakes

Dressing:

- 3 tbsp of tahini

- 1 lemon (juice it)

- half a cup of olive oil

- 1/4 cup of water

- salt

Mix it well together. Enjoy!
